Mosaic Forest Management completes US$160M bond offering

On October 7, 2026, Mosaic Forest Management Limited Partnership ("Mosaic") completed an offering of US$65 million aggregate principal amount of 5.61% Senior Bonds, Series 9, due October 8, 2029 and US$95 million aggregate principal amount of 6.08% Senior Bonds, Series 10, due October 8, 2033, for a total issue of US$160 million (collectively, the "Bonds"). The Bonds were offered on private placement basis through CIBC World Markets Corp., as placement agent.
