AT&T completes C$2.25B Maple bond offering with two senior note series

On March 16, 2026, AT&T completed a Maple bond offering, consisting of C$2.25 billion in two series of senior notes: C$1.25 billion 4.500% Global Notes due March 12, 2036 and C$1 billion 5.250% Global Notes due March 12, 2056. The offering was conducted as a prospectus-exempt private placement in all Canadian provinces to eligible institutional investors (including accredited investors), with a Canadian wrapper/offering memorandum and related Canadian resale restrictions. The Canadian dealer group included CIBC World Markets Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc. and TD Securities Inc.
